Professional Career

Nicole has a broad common law practice with an emphasis on workers’ compensation, work injury damages, 151Z and motor accident matters. She appears for both insurers, self-insurers and plaintiffs.

She regularly appears in the Personal InjuryCommission, the District and Supreme Court in works compensation and CTP matters.

Her Practice includes Family Provisions and Estate matters.

She has also expanded into court suppression and non-publication orders.

She was a CARS Assessor for the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal Matters in both the 1999 and the 2017 Schemes, ceasing only following the commencement of the Combined Personal Injury Tribunal.

As a solicitor she appeared for State Government departments including RMS Prosecuting in the Local Court

Nicole has operated entirely electronic practice for many years and prefers all briefs to be provided by electronic means
