Professional Career
While medical negligence matters and Coronial Inquests are Lorna’s principal areas of practice appearing for individual health practitioners public health authorities and private hospitals. She maintains a practice in public liability, dust diseases, motor vehicle accident and work injury claims and commercial insurance disputes.
Lorna is a Nationally Accredited Mediator (accredited since 2008) listed on the NSW Bar Association Accredited Mediators List and included on mediation lists for the Supreme Court of NSW and the District Court of NSW.
